We decided to go ahead and order a kitchen and we were guided by Neil all through the process, he was very patient with my sometimes daft questions. There was no hard sell, everything went at our pace. We had a kitchen rip out as part of the process, and timetables were kept too throughout. Even if the fitters were going to be half hour late, Paul kept us updated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neil/Paul and panorama kitchens.
